<p>The decision acceptance for publication, amendment, or rejection will be made by Editors according to reviewers' comments, or recommendations. In certain cases, if needed, the editor may send the manuscript to another reviewer for review (Second Round), before making a decision. Publication of accepted manuscripts including the sequence of published manuscripts will be made by the Editor in Chief by considering the sequence of accepted dates and geographical distribution of authors as well as thematic issues. <strong>It normally takes about 3 months to 8 months from submission to publication, with an average of 6 months.</strong></p>
